Overview

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on a visitor's device when a website is accessed. They can support technical functions, save preferences or, when an appropriate tool is configured and authorized, help understand how the website is used.

Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, can keep information on the device without using a cookie. This policy also explains that use to provide a clear picture of how the website currently works.

02

Current use

How do we use cookies?

An audit of the current code found no first-party or third-party cookies, analytics tools, marketing pixels, maps, chats or embedded content that load automatically. The website only uses local storage to retain the choice made in the preferences panel.

Classification

Categories and current status

Necessary cookies

No active necessary cookie was identified on the website. The panel choice is saved in local storage as dvgenesis_cookie_consent, with the version, date and authorized categories.

Analytics and performance cookies

Not currently used. This category remains disabled and unavailable in the panel until a real tool is associated with it.

Functional cookies

Not currently used. Essential local navigation features remain available even if the visitor rejects non-essential technologies.

Marketing cookies

Not currently used. Because no marketing tool is configured, this category is not shown as an active option in the panel.

04

External services

Third-party cookies

The website does not load third-party scripts, iframes or pixels for analytics or marketing. Images, icons and the opening video are served locally. Links to social media, WhatsApp and other websites are navigation destinations only: an external service is accessed only when the visitor chooses to click, at which point its own privacy policy applies.

Visitor choice

How to manage your preferences

01

First visit

The initial notice offers options to accept all available categories, reject non-essential ones or open the detailed panel. No non-essential option is preselected.

02

Choice by category

When a non-essential integration is added, its code will remain inactive and will only be enabled if the corresponding category has been authorized. Categories without a real service are shown as unused or are not presented as an option.

06

Ongoing control

How to change or withdraw your consent

The Cookie preferencesoption, available in the footer of every page, reopens the panel at any time. A new choice replaces the previous one. If an active integration loses authorization, the website will stop future activations, remove explicitly associated first-party records where technically possible, and reload the page when necessary.

Cookies belonging to another domain cannot be deleted directly by DVGenesis; visitors may also use their browser's own privacy controls in those cases.

07

Evolution

Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the technologies used. When a significant change requires a new choice, the consent version will be updated and the notice will appear again. The current version of the preferences record is 1.0.
